This class provides a simplistic and progressive approach to Self Defense.
1) Psychology of Combat
2) Levels, Patterns, Falls, Angles of movement
3) Striking (using the whole body as a weapon)
5) Ground and Pinned scenarios
We use a variety of methods that are simple in nature, effective and easy to learn.
Training Equipment (pads, bags, weapons) will be used to explore and enhance your striking tools and awareness.
We also run our classes through a variety of “scenarios”.
