What if I can’t do everything in the class? I haven’t worked out in a while.
One of the best things about The MAC is that it can be adapted to any fitness level. With the ability to adjust the workout to any level or ability, the workout can be adapted to each person. With every class comes increased confidence and strength, so we encourage first timers to go at their own pace and have fun.
Is there a beginner class?
Not exactly. With the ability to adjust the workout to any level or ability, the workout can be adapted to each person.
How is The MAC different from the classes offered at my gym?
Workouts at the MAC have been built using a hybrid model to give each individual a well-rounded fitness foundation. Workouts throughout each week touch on Cardio, strength, endurance, speed, agility and power.
Can I workout if I am pregnant?
We have had many pregnant women who are able to workout right up until their due date, but we recommend you check with your doctor before working out at The MAC.
How do I freeze my account?
Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the dates you would like you account frozen. Please Note: The MAC only allows an account to be frozen up to 14 days.
